Development Projects

I have been tracking developments, and since we are getting more development projects, I would like to share with you a current list of the projects. I did not have time to include all the specifics and at what point they are in development. I will update it more, however for now, please know these are developments that are in contemplation or approved by the City.

  • 2951 El Camino pre-screened for 113 housing units and 5,000SF office space
  • 123 Sherman – propose mixed use
  • 3779 Fabian Way, pre-screening for 290 housing units
  • 2239 Wellesley - 24 unit project to replace single family homes within a R-1 neighborhood
  • 200 Portage (formerly Fry’s site) propose to demolish part of the historic building to build 85 townhouses in 15 buildings, using one of the senate bills (SB 330) that usurps local zoning governance.
  • 3001 El Camino (formerly Mike’s Bike) had received entitlement for 50 apartments since 2017 but has not built, uncertain if permit has expired
  • Entitled:  788 San Antonio - 102 housing units
  • Under Construction:  3705 El Camino Real (Wilton Court), 59 units BMR deeded for 30-60% AMI and developmentally disabled people.
  • Under Construction:  2577 El Camino Real (formerly VTA lot), 60 units for 120% AMI
  • Under Construction:  2585 El Camino Real (formerly Olive garden),
  • Under Construction:  3225 El Camino Real (formerly Lady Footlocker),
  • Entitled:  3877 El Camino Real (formerly Compadres), 17 condominiums + office
  • Entitled:  571 Hamilton (corner of Hamilton & Webster)
  • Entitled:  429 University – 3 housing units + office
  • Completed:  1601 California Avenue (formerly Facebook HQ) – 180 housing units in the Stanford Research Park only available to Stanford staff and faculty
  • Completed:  2500 El Camino Real (Mayfield Place) – 118 BMR housing units
  • Completed:  441 Page Mill – 11 housing units + 5 BMR units + 11,000SF office
  • Completed:  2180 El Camino Real (College Terrace Center) - 8 BMR housing units
  • North Ventura Coordinated Plan (NVCAP)
